Laser Facility

We are pleased to announce that we COMPLETED THE PURCHASE of a 40,000 square foot speculative property here in Mt. Pleasant! This building will be our new “laser facility”, with plans to expand the facility within the next 36 months as of April 2022, doubling its size to approximately 80,000 square feet.

The team at this facility will utilize high-tech, automated metal cutting and forming machines along with robotic weld cells and automated material handling to manufacture small parts and assemblies to support our trailer manufacturing teams at other facilities with ultra-high quality parts, just in time. Beam Fabrication Center

The Engineered Beam Fabrication Center purchased in the Spring of 2021 is up and running! As our Patent Protected ENGINEERED BEAM TECHNOLOGY that we use on our flagship trailer models has continued to grow, and as we’ve begun adding these custom beams to more of our trailer lineup, it was time to expand our production facilities to enable us to produce these beams in-house faster and more efficiently.
